Return window: You may return items within 14 days of delivery (right of withdrawal).

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, with all tags and original packaging.

How to start a return: Email [email protected] with your order number within 14 days. We’ll issue an RMA and the return address.

Shipping the return: Send back within 14 days of RMA using a tracked service. Until delivered to us, the parcel is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping is non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or we made an error).

Diminished value: If items are used or handled beyond what is necessary to check their nature/fit, we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value.

Exclusions (no return): gift cards; items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed (if applicable); customized items.

Wrong/defective item: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we’ll replace or refund and cover reasonable return costs.

Exchanges: Start a return as above and place a new order for the item/size you want.

Refused/undeliverable parcels: If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-collection or refusal, we refund minus original shipping and any return-to-sender fees.

Chargebacks & fraud: We may hold or cancel orders flagged by our anti-fraud checks and may request identity/authorisation on high-risk orders.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
